Authenticator App for iPhone
An authenticator app that keeps your 2FA codes on your iPhone
Authenticator App - Novaz makes the six-digit codes websites ask for when you sign in with two-factor authentication. Your setup keys stay in your iPhone's Keychain: they're never sent to us, never synced to iCloud, and can't be used on another device. There's no account to create and no server holding your codes.

What it does
Scan, pick a screenshot, or type a key
Add an account from the QR code a website shows, from a screenshot of it, or by entering the setup key.
Learn more →Bring your Google Authenticator codes
Scan the Transfer accounts QR codes, including exports split over several codes. No need to visit every website again.
Learn more →Face ID, Touch ID or a passcode
Lock the app separately from your iPhone and choose how soon it locks again. Codes are hidden in the App Switcher.
Learn more →Catches a wrong clock
Codes depend on the time. Novaz checks your iPhone's clock and warns you if it's 15 seconds or more off, with a one-tap fix.
Learn more →Copied codes don't linger
A copied code clears from the clipboard when it expires and isn't shared to your other devices.
Learn more →Pin, reorder, search
Keep the accounts you use most at the top, and find any account by service or email address.

Where your keys live
- Setup keys are stored in the iPhone Keychain, marked "this device only". They aren't synced to iCloud.
- Codes are calculated on your iPhone. Nothing about your accounts is sent anywhere.
- No sign-up, no email address, no analytics SDK in the app.
Good to know before you start
In version 1.0.3:
- No iCloud backup or sync. Keys stay on one iPhone, so a new phone means setting accounts up again.
- No export to other apps.
- No Apple Watch app or widgets.
- Time-based codes (TOTP) only. No counter-based (HOTP) or Steam Guard codes.
