ALL-INKL.COM 2FA: how to set up an authenticator app
By the Novaz team · Updated October 29, 2026
Novaz steps checked against version 1.0.5
On this page
ALL-INKL.COM is a German web host, and a hosting plan there comes with several logins. The Members Area holds your contract, invoices and billing details. The KAS, ALL-INKL's technical administration panel, is where you create subdomains, email addresses and databases. WebMail is the browser inbox for each email account (ALL-INKL.COM).
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for all three, and it's optional. With it on, you type a one-time password from an app on your phone after your normal password (ALL-INKL.COM). ALL-INKL's help doesn't mention text messages or any other second step. This guide uses Authenticator App - Novaz on iPhone. Any authenticator app works the same way.
How we checked this guide: the ALL-INKL.COM details come from ALL-INKL's own FAQ, glossary and guides, in German and English, linked below, which we read on October 21, 2026. We haven't tested them on an ALL-INKL.COM account, so a label may differ slightly. The Novaz steps are checked against the app, version 1.0.5.
Three logins, three places to turn it on
ALL-INKL's FAQ gives a different menu path for each login (ALL-INKL.COM, ALL-INKL.COM):
| Login | Where 2FA is | German labels |
|---|---|---|
| Members Area (contract) | Password > Two-factor authentication | Passwort > 2-Faktor-Auth. |
| KAS (technical administration) | Settings > KAS Password | Einstellungen > KAS-Passwort |
| WebMail | Settings > Change Password | Einstellungen > Passwort ändern |
The FAQ doesn't say whether turning it on in one place covers the others. Since each login has its own setting, plan on setting up each one you use, and expect a separate entry in your authenticator app for each. You sign in to WebMail with an email address, so this likely applies to each mailbox you open there.
The KAS login page currently says you're using a new version of the KAS, with the old one still available for a while (ALL-INKL.COM). The FAQ's labels may match either version, so look around the settings area if you don't see KAS Password right away.
Turn on 2FA with an authenticator app
ALL-INKL's pages say where the setting is, but not what the setup screens look like. The usual flow, for each login:
- Sign in to the Members Area, the KAS or WebMail, and open the menu from the table above.
- Start the two-factor setup. ALL-INKL says you need "a corresponding app on your smartphone/tablet" to make the codes (ALL-INKL.COM).
- If a QR code appears, open Novaz, tap +, then Scan QR code, and point the camera at it. If the QR code is on your iPhone's own screen, take a screenshot, tap +, then Choose a photo. See scanning a QR code on the same iPhone.
- If you get a text key instead, tap +, then Enter key manually. Fill in Service (for example "ALL-INKL KAS"), Account if you like, and paste the key into Setup key. See What is a 2FA setup key?
- Type the code Novaz shows to confirm, if ALL-INKL asks for one.
ALL-INKL doesn't say how many digits its codes have or how often they change. Scanning the QR code is the safer choice, because the code carries those settings. A key typed by hand gets 6 digits every 30 seconds in Novaz.
Signing in afterwards
ALL-INKL's glossary describes the second step as an OTP PIN made by an app on a phone you've verified with ALL-INKL. Someone who learns your password still can't sign in without that phone (ALL-INKL.COM). The pages don't mention trusted devices or a way to skip the code on your own computer.
No backup codes in the help
None of ALL-INKL's public pages mention backup codes, recovery codes or a second method. If the setup screen offers recovery codes, save them away from your phone, because without a Novaz backup (iCloud backup or a backup file), Novaz keeps its keys only on that iPhone. More in 2FA backup codes.
If ALL-INKL.COM rejects your code
The help pages don't cover rejected codes. First make sure you picked the right Novaz entry, since each login has its own. Then check the iPhone's clock: Settings > General > Date & Time > Set Automatically. Novaz warns you when the clock is 15 seconds or more off. Other causes are in Authenticator code not working?
Changing phones or turning it off
ALL-INKL doesn't describe either. With a Novaz iCloud backup or backup file, you restore your accounts on the new iPhone and the codes keep working. Without one, a new phone means setting up each login again: while you can still sign in with the old phone, go back to the same menus from the table and look for a way to switch it off or set it up again. See How to transfer your authenticator app to a new iPhone.
If you lose your authenticator
ALL-INKL's pages don't describe a recovery process, what proof it wants, or how long it takes. The route left is support (ALL-INKL.COM):
- phone support at +49 35872 353-10, or
- email at support@all-inkl.com, or
- the contact form, which has a Login Credentials topic.
ALL-INKL asks you to have your customer number or domain ready when you get in touch. More in Lost the phone with your authenticator app?
